New Parking Policy!
The new parking rules adopted by the Board at the last meeting can be found here and will go into effect January 1, 2023. The requirement to display parking permits is not being enforced since the new parking permits have not yet been distributed.
All owners need to keep an eye out for future bulletins/notices with updates on when the permits are being distributed and the deadline to have them displayed. Please familiarize yourself with the new parking policy.
Gunners View is an 84 unit condominium complex located in Germantown, Maryland. Built in 1982, it is ideally located close to restaurants, retail shopping, parks and public transportation. Right off exit #13 from Interstate 270, the entire Washington DC and Baltimore metro areas are within easy access.
